Page 86 Survived The Great Hard Drive Fail…

Everyone who has ever moved, knows that it can be stressful. It was brown trousers time for me this week, as my external hard drive has been failing me like crazy…somewhere along the moving process it’s been screwed, but I’ve managed to get a bunch of stuff off of it…including the pages of Droned, so yay, I can still update! So I hope you enjoy todays page, number 86!

On a side note, there aren’t many pages until the end of this part of the story and I’m working on putting a hard copy together and getting it printed within (hopefully) the next couple of months…so the story of Droned will stop for awhile but never fear, it won’t be for that long!

It’s double page Tuesday…oh…Wednesday, as of 20 something mintues ago. But either way, it’s a good thing!

Hello! I got a bit sidetracked in the midst of cardboard boxes and piles of my junk and just realised I’ve just missed Tuesday…but in my mind the day ends when you sleep and reset, regardless of what the clock might tell me! For once I’m not posting to just apologise for my lack of effort put in on the comic’s online updates, which is nice because I have (kind’ve) good news…you get Tuesdays AND Fridays pages at once! It does, however mean there probably won’t be a Friday update…hopefully we’ll have the net set up in the new place by then, but just in case, I’m making sure the internet world is still getting their piece of Droned! Anyway, I’ve spent too long typing now, still so much to do, and work early, waaaah…

Droned Returns! (for a while) =D

Hello! Um. It’s been awhile, yes. But I’m just going to breeze right over that fact…It’s June! Things in my life have been pretty crazy lately and it doesn’t seem about to change anytime soon as I’m set to move house in a week and a half, meaning an undoubted downtime from the net…not that I’ve been using it very productively for my comics recently. Yes, that’s right, the word “comic” there was  used in the plural sense, hinting at indeed another project I have on the go. But more about Nit later…

To make up for my lack of commitment to the Droned cause, I have today uploaded three whole pages, leaving me pages for the next week or so while I’m moving, so hopefully I’ll be back to my Tues/Fri biweekly schedule for now until I’ve a new place to live…and the net up and running. Oh yeah, I still also have no scanner! I’ve just stolen my housemates for (probably) the last time now so that’s STILL on the to-do list! Yes, I’m useless but I was designed for drawing, not all the editing/uploading/going out and buying stuff/typing/etc/etc/etc/now I’ve distracted myself with lines///…I suppose I’m just not very good at everything that coincides with making a comic book past the drawing stage, is what I wanted to say. Hooray for unedited blogs of useless rambling…oh Christ, now I’m one of them!
